Our Work

Mother’s Love Group works to promote the rights of young, underprivileged girls in Zambia and to free them from any kinds of abuse, be it physical, mental or sexual abuse. 

Young girls should be able to experience life without the fear of sexual abuse from any male in and around their homes as well as away from home.

Increasing awareness  among parents and communities about the unlawfulness of forceful marriages is one of our main objectives, alongside financial and educational support for young girls from poor families.

How We Help

Providing access to high quality education is one of the ways we underprivileged girls. Through the payment of school fees, payment for uniform, books and school meals, we enable young girls from disadvantaged backgrounds to have the chance of a better life.

Counselling, guidance and mentoring are additional steps we take to provide young girls with the knowledge and confidence to make their own decisions, including educational or career ambitions and refraining from intercourse until they are consenting adults. .
